Kineticist Blast + Shot on the Run
RAW Kineticist Blasts are a standard action to activate, meaning they don't technically count as an attack action. Therefore, you wouldn't be able to use a blast as a ranged attack for the purposes of the Shot on the Run feat.
However, I believe that RAI, since you can use blasts as attacks(even full round with them via Kinetic blade/whip), you should be able to use them in conjunction.
