You are indiscriminately mixing SRD and 3PP content without distinction.
This is the exact reason why DNDWiki got such a terrible reputation among 3E players.

You need to follow the example set by OGN's own PFSRD: mark every single 3rd party item explicitly in the URLs, links, and site map. Do not under any circumstances list individual SRD and 3PP entries (e.g. races, classes, creatures, objects) on the same page.
