Fascinated

So I decided to roll a Whimsy Oracle.  I figure that the various Hold and Dominate spells give the fascinated condition, but are there any others?

Hold spells give paralyzed, dominate does its own special thing. The only spells I can think of (or find in a search) which give fascinated aren't on the oracle list. Why do you want to give out the fascinated condition, anyway?
