Buy away ads?

Is there any possibility of paid accounts that would allow a user to avoid the obnoxious and unwelcome search result ads?

    That would be great. I do want to support the site, just not though constant irritation.

    I wanted to comment a bit more on this. This is literally days away. This is something we've been working hard on and think we're days (or less) away from actually implementing.
