Downloadable HTML Site?

I know originally the site used to have a downloadable HTML, and in it's extras section under downloads it states "Downloadable HTML copy of this site for offline browsing." but i can't seem to find it, did it get removed?

    I cannot find that function either, but there is a download page with some content here.

    Sorry about that! A while back we were running out of storage space and couldn't afford more so we started trimming out the least used/downloaded content!

    I imagine having a downloadable of the site itself for offline use probably doubled the required storage and i can't imagine the extra costs that had to have been associated with that.
