Artificer on the SRD?

So, I noticed they added the Artificer to the srd site, but to my knowledge it's not SRD/OGL legal. can someone please clarify?

    It's not in the SRD, a lot of stuff on this site isn't.  Do you expect this site to be any more legit than any other sites sharing the official books.
