Ads keep appearing even after logging in

I keep seeing ads, even after logging in.  Hitting the login/register link reloads the page with different ads instead of getting rid of them.

    I keep seeing ads, even after logging in. It displays the same ads as before I login.
    The most annoying part is there is an ad in the middle of the page.
    Any suggestions?
