cDNA Synthesis Kits
Creative Biogene provides a wide range of kits for cDNA synthesis. The First Strand cDNA Synthesis Kit is used to synthesize the first strand cDNA as the starting reaction for two-step RT-PCR. This kit includes reverse transcriptase AMV for first chain synthesis, two different primers, and our PCR nucleotide mixture. The PCR products generated through RT-PCR can be cloned using standard procedures. These kits have been optimized to generate sensitive and unbiased expression over a wide dynamic range, with the shortest setup and reaction time.
