Creative Biogene Hantavirus Pulmonary Syndrome Real Time RT‐PCR Kit is used for the detection of hantavirus pulmonary syndrome (HPS) in serum by using real time PCR systems. Hantavirus pulmonary syndrome (HPS) is one of two potentially fatal syndromes of zoonotic origin caused by species of hantavirus. The kit contains a specific ready-to-use system for the detection of the hantavirus pulmonary syndrome. Fluorescence is emitted and measured by the real time systems' optical unit during the PCR.
