I wish there was a global 3rd Party switch
In both the games I run and the games I play in, we have a blanket "everything Paizo, nothing 3rd party" rule as far as what content we can bring in. I wish there was a way on D20PFSRD to just hide all 3rd party content, at least while browsing. Bonus points for also suppressing it in search results. I realize this might not be trivial depending on how the wiki is set up, but at the very least it might be something to consider for the 2e SRD when it comes around.
