What exactly are the Fan Labs?

Can anyone post content there? How can you post there? There's not really much explanation on the page.

    Back in the days when the site was hosted on Google Sites the fan labs were a place where any user/person could post their own homebrew content to share with their friends and/or the internet as a whole. Since we moved from Google Sites to Wordpress very few of the original "fans" who were posting content there signed on as editors of the Wordpress version.

    However, anyone can still post to a fan lab. All you need is an editor account. To request edit access just go to http://account.opengamingnetwork.com/manage/editrequest and submit the form. The content you post remains your own content and I retain rights to remove content that either does not comply with the Open Game License, or is explicit, or offensive for other reasons.
