Spiritualist using Lunge spell on phantom

I have been building a bad touch spiritualist (knowing that they’re not the best bad touch), and I want to know if using Lunge Touch Spell feat would work of i cast my touch spell through my phantom.

I don't think it'd work if just you have it, though it'd work fine if the phantom had the feat and you didn't.
