Leader Ship question
According to [ https://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/general-feats/leadership ], a leader gets a +2 bonus to their score for having a stronghold or base of operations, and receives a -1 penalty if they move around a lot.
My question is, what happens if the leader does have a base of operation, but their base of operations is mobile, like a ship? And their mobile base is constantly on the move from place to place?
Do they get the +2 for having a base of operations? Or do they get the -1 penalty for moving a lot? Or do they get both, and come out to +1 total?
