Secure Shelter seems way too small?

The spell Secure Shelter seems way too small.  The building is supposedly a 20' square structure.  Somehow in that space are a table, a writing desk, 8 stools, 8 bunks... am I missing something or would that thing be packed like a sardine can?

    That is 20 ft x 20ft x 20ft.
    or in metric, 6 meters cubed. 
    More than enough space for a temporary structure 
    the average person is 5ft 11in maybe 6ft. (Which is less than 2 meters)

    Thus plenty of space
